Returns: Customer has 30 days from date of purchase to report a problem or to return any item.
Errors: Manufacturer errors or errors made by Semo Specialties and Sports will be credited or replaced to the client upon request. Decorated items my take longer to replace than non-decorated items.
Pick Up/Delivery: All purchases from the Semo Specialties and Sports website store will be available for in-store pick up only, unless previous delivery arrangements have been made. Semo Specialties and Sports does not offer shipping of items purchased.
